The proposed Route 22 widening will have an adverse effect on five different locations of wetlands!
Where appropriate, the JPC will promote carpooling, staggered work hours, public transit, and other transportation management techniques to reduce energy consumption
The proposed Route 22 widening will not promote any of the above transportation management techniques; in fact, it will do the opposite, by condoning more usage of the automobile by adding road capacity!
