Seismic Station: Power Box

 

Power converter from 240v to 120v

This box will contain the power converter and

telephone cable relays

 

New wires had to be fed through the piping that runs from the power box

to the ground box to connect the seismometer to the power supply and GPS antenna.

 

The panel in the above ground power box can be seen as the final connections to the

seismometer being tested. Lines run from this box to the ground box and seismometer which,

in this picture, both lie directly behind the power box.
