Students Involved In The Project:

Brinker, Lauren: I am a sophmore at Lehigh and this is my second semester participating in SRCC. I actually did some sampling in Spring 99 at South Mountain and Hawk Mountain. This semester I would like to begin collecting data for GIS development for the SRCC project.

Farrell, Lauren: I am a sophomore Ecology EES major. This is my first time getting involved with SRCC program. This semester I will be involved in the sampling and working on improving the web page for the project.

Hollander, Pat:

Knutson, Garrett: I'm a junior at Lehigh University. I'm pursuing a B.S. in EES with a concentration in Earth Sciences. This is my 1st semester involved with SRCC. I want to have an influence on the webpage and also help with the data management. I am currently working on calibrating all data loggers.

Lindquist, Ryan: I have have been a member of SRCC since Fall 99. My goals for the current semester encompass two things. First, I am going to continue my fieldwork as well as collect data, hopefully at all three sites. Also, I will begin to analyze our data, but due to a lack of data I will be contacting other researchers in the vicinity in order to find some longer to data to compare ours to.

Proctor, Amy: This is my first semester working with SRCC. I am currently studying EES-ecology with an intended double major in English and a minor in philosophy. I hope to be involved in the writing and editing, as well as the layout aspects of our web-site. I feel that the use of a digital camera would enhance the aesthetics of the site and provide yet another way of presenting the data that we collect each month.

Randazzo, Tina: I am a Sophomore, EES Ecology major. This is my first semester in the SRCC program. This semester I plan to help in the soil project and the sampling at the sites

Uva, Liza: I'm a sophomore, my majors are Architecture and English, I am also minoring in EES. This semester I'd like to work with Prof. Frank Pazzaglia to develop soil analyses. The group is not sure what sort of sampling and testing with go on with the soils as yet, but that will be more fully explored and explained in the near future.

Student Directors:

Cooper, Paul: A Senior graduating with a BS in EES, Ecology Concentration. I was with this project from the start. I am now in charge of the data management aspect of the project.

Padeletti, Angela: A junior majoring in EES, ecology. I started last year putting the web page for this project together. And will continue to work on it till I leave.

Staff Involved:

Leech, Dina: A graduate student here at Lehigh .She is an integral part of the project and helps us out on all aspects.

LEO Database Manager Margie Barry
Margie provides help with the SRCC database and web page.

LEO Instrumentation Technician George Yasko
George provides help with instrumentation needs such as SRCC dataloggers.

Wetlands Associate Carol Lidie
While not a scientist by training, Carol has a strong interest in developing citizens' awareness of the value of wetlands and regulations pertaining to them. She also has some expertise in vernal ponds - a habitat that is critically important to amphibian breeding.

Associate Professor Frank Pazzaglia
Frank will be assisting the project through his expertise on soil analysis and establishing a soil monitoring regimen.

Professor Craig Williamson
Craig is the course instructor/advisor.
