LEO Spring 2008 Internships Overview LEO interns are engaged in real world projects. They have the opportunity to work alongside our partner organizations, many of which use LEO collected data in developing their management decisions. LEO internships are variable credit, which means that students can register for a single credit or up to four credits. Typically, LEO interns register for one to two credits per semester. Students who excel are encouraged to register for an additional semester and will have the opportunity to become project leaders. While remaining completely engaged, these students will take on a leadership role. They will be mentored in supervisory skills, project management techniques, field project planning, etc.
