Environmental Science Inquiry Web Site This project is to develop a Web site for K-12 teachers to explore earth and environmental science topics using LEO's resources and information. Project Objective is to create a Web site "shell" for elementary, middle school, and high school teachers to provide resources to incorporate environmental science information and activities into existing classroom curricula. Interns will assist in the development of Web pages that provide earth and environmental science background for teachers. Interns will assist in the development of Web pages that provide links to existing earth and environmental science data sets and activities with a specific emphasis to relate to LEO research activities. Interns will assist in the development of inquiry-based activities for students to work with authentic data collection and data set activities. Special Requirements: Interns should have a basic knowledge of Web page development and be familiar with graphic files. Interns should also have an interest in K-12 education.
