Lehigh Watershed GPS/GIS

Assessing the Lehigh River Watershed. As part of a long-term project to develop a management plan for the Lehigh River Watershed, we need to build a comprehensive Geographic Information System (GIS) database for the watershed, including maps and environmental inventories. The database will be used in an assessment of the features, natural and cultural resources, and environmental health of the watershed. Tasks will include GIS work and GPS surveying in the field for which a car is needed;GIS and GPS experience is desired, but training is available.
